主要研究了Al86Ni9Y5非晶薄带与纯铝的扩散焊连接工艺及其连接界面的原子扩散情况。实验采用真空急冷甩带法制备出带厚为50μm、带宽为3mm的Al86Ni9Y5非晶薄带。非晶薄带和铝箔经表面处理后放入真空手广謦舞设备中进行扩散连接,连接后进行XRD测试和电子探针分析。实验分析表明:扩散连接压力和温度对接头质量有重要影响;同等连接条件下,非晶合金中各元素的扩散能力较差,Ni元素的扩散程度高于其他元素;连接后非晶没有发生晶化,连接界面处非晶合金与纯铝也没有发生反应。
The diffusion bonding technology of Al86Ni9Y5 amorphous ribbon with pure aluminum and the proliferation behavior of atoms at its connection interface have been studied. The Al86Ni9Y5 amorphous ribbon with a thickness of 50μm, a bandwidth of 3mm had been prepared by melt spinning. After surface treatment, the amorphous ribbon and aluminum foil have been put into vacuum diffusion welding equipment and connected before by XRD analysis and electron microprobe analysis. Experimental results showed that the diffusion bonding pressure and temperature had a major impact on the joint quality. Under same connection conditions each element of amorphous alloy had poor diffusion ability though the diffusion level of Ni was higher than other elements. After connection, the amorphous had not crystallized and no react occurred at the interface of aluminum and amorphous alloy.
