采用速度系数法对一两级自吸离心泵叶轮、径向导叶和蜗壳进行了水力设计。同时对该泵进行样机试制,并进行了水力性能试验和自吸试验。试验结果表明:设计工况下,该泵的试验效率达到了60.58%;高效区范围宽,在52-85 m3/h范围内,试验效率均高达58%;自吸高度为4 m时,该泵的自吸时间为154 s;达到了洒水车泵的设计要求。
Impeller,radial guide-vane and volute of a two-stage self-priming centrifugal pump were designed with velocity modulus method.The two-stage self-priming centrifugal pump was made and the hydraulic characteristic experiment and self-priming experiment were measured.The results show that efficiency of the pump reaches 60.58% at the design flow rate.The range of high efficiency area is broad.Efficiency of the pump is always above 58% from flow rate of 52 to 85 m~3/h.In addition,the self-priming time of the pump is 154 s when the self-suction height is 4 m.
