采用涂覆法制备了FeCrAl金属网栅吸波材料。研究了FeCrAl丝的不同丝长度、不同丝间距排布对2~18GHz范围内吸波性能的影响规律。研究表明,连续FeCrAl丝网栅材料不具备吸波性能;随FeCrAl丝长度的减小,材料最大吸收峰向高频方向移动,且最大吸收峰绝对值也随丝长度的减小而增大;随FeCrAl丝间距的减小,最大吸收峰向低频方向移动,且最大吸收峰绝对值也随丝间距的减小而增大。
Microwave absorbing materials in form of net structure were prepared with FeCrA1 filaments and slurry of LAS glass powder, organosilicane resin by manual brush. The effects of filaments length and filaments spacing on absorbing properties of the materials in 2--18GHz frequency range were studied. The results show that no absorption was found in the material with continuous FeCrAl filaments net. The absorbing peaks move to the high-frequency with the filaments length decreasing and the absolute value of the peak increases at the same time; the maximum absorption peaks move to the low-frequency with the wire spacing decreasing meanwhile the absolute value of the peak increases.
