The precursor infiltration and pyrolysis are a mature method for preparing ceramic matrix composites.In the process of fabricating ceramic matrix composites,fillers can play a very important effect.The filler mainly includes inert filler and active filler.The corresponding mechanism and choosing principle of fillers are described in detail,and the latest development about fillers in home and abroad are reviewed.In the end,the research areas in the future are also pointed out.
