随着企业信息化发展的不断深入,CIO在企业中的角色趋向多样化,理论和实践需要进一步讨论CIO的职能角色如何随信息系统的演进而变化,并将这种变化与信息化项目的推进和如何取得绩效结合起来。通过对我国某大型集团企业信息系统发展过程的案例分析,本文提出了一个在CIO企业信息化发展过程中所扮演的多种职能角色的变化模型,发现CIO在企业信息系统的发展中只有在相应的过程中恰当地扮演好相应的角色,落实好一系列关键因素才能推动企业信息系统的顺利发展并取得成功。
As more and more enterprises adopted information technology for management functions, ,CIO roles tend to diversification. Theory and practice need to discuss how CIO's roles change along with evolution of enterprise systems, and how connect the change with performance. By conducting a case analysis focusing on a large group enterprise, the paper put forwards a change model acting on various roles in the development processes of enterprise information and suggests CIOs should play specific roles at each stage of enterprise information development in order to handle critical factors and help the enterprise information systems to be established.
