根据实际的工业生产过程,在分析远程监控系统功能和层次结构的基础上,提出了基于Web技术的工业过程远程监控系统体系结构。从系统开发角度出发,研究了在Web技术下的工业过程远程监控系统所涉及的Web应用程序开发、Socket数据通信、JDBC数据库访问、数据采集、控制策略、实时数据发布等关键技术,并设计实现了一个高可靠性工业过程远程监控系统。通过实例的应用和系统长时间的运行表明,本系统具有运行稳定、控制动作迅速、数据传送实时性好等优点。
On the basis of the remote monitoring and control system function and structure, according to the industrial process, The remote monitoring and control system structure for industrial process based on Web technology was presented. From system development perspective, the key techniques of the development system, including Web application development, socket data communication, JDBC access, data gather, control tactic and real-- time data etc were researched. A remote monitoring and control systems with high reliability was designed and implemented.
