随着蛋白质组学研究的不断深入,蛋白质研究技术广泛应用于各领域。新近发展起来的表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF—MS)蛋白质芯片技术为蛋白质的检测和研究提供了新的技术平台。投放至今虽短短几年,但其卓越的成果已广为医学科学界重视,尤其在恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、监控和预后研究上。现就其技术原理、优势和在肿瘤学研究中的现状予以综述。
With the further study of proteomies,protein-studying techniques are being widely applied in all fields. A reeently developed protein-chip technology,which is called SELDITOF MS,allows a brand -new platform for the detection and study of protein. Although only a few years of application, it has drawn wide at- tention in the scientific medical circle for its outstanding effects, especially in the early diagnosis, monitoring and prognosis judgement of malignant tumors. This article gives an overview on the technology prineiple, advantages, as well as the current study situation of it in the oneology research.
