Wo Songlin was born in 1964. He received his Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2005. He is now a professor of Changzhou College of information technology. His current research interests include singular systems and time-delay systems. Shi Guodong was born in 1956. He is now a professor at Changzhou College of Information Technology. His current research interests include singular systems and time-delay systems. Zou Yun was born in 1962. He is now a professor at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. His current research interests include singular 2D-systems and obstructing control.
