为探究知识管理活动对商业模式创新的影响机理,文章从知识管理视角出发,构建了知识吸收和知识整合组织学习模式下的企业商业模式创新模型,突出了性别在商业模式创新过程中的差异,并借助Smart PLS完成了对436份物流等相关企业调查数据的分析。研究表明,企业与供应商的知识协同对企业自身的知识吸收和知识整合有显著效力,隐性知识共享对知识吸收和知识整合的影响大于显性知识共享,知识吸收仅对效率型商业模式创新有显著效力,而知识整合对效率型商业模式创新和新颖型商业模式创新均具有显著效力;在知识协同、知识共享、知识吸收、知识整合推动的商业模式创新过程中男女性别差异显著,从知识管理视角而言,商业模式创新男女有别。
Aiming to explore the effect of knowledge management on business model innovation, this paper constructs the new business model innovation model under knowledge absorption and knowledge integration, organizational learning model, from the perspective ofknowledge management, highlights the gender differences in the business model innovation process, and completes the 436 valid data anal-ysis leveraging Smart PLS. The results show that the knowledge cooperation between enterprises and suppliers has a significant effect onthe knowledge absorption and knowledge integration. The impact of tacit knowledge sharing on knowledge absorption and knowledge inte-gration is greater than that of explicit knowledge sharing, and knowledge absorption only has a significant effect on the efficiency-centeredbusiness model innovation, whereas knowledge integration has significant effects on both the efficiency-centered business model innova-tion and the novelty-centered business model innovation. There are significant differences between gender in the process of business mod-el innovation, including knowledge cooperation, knowledge sharing, knowledge absorption and knowledge integration. Gender plays a sig-nificant moderating role in the effect of knowledge management on business model innovation.
