为提高不确定环境下Job Shop制造车间重调度的稳定性以及方案的可执行性,建立了基于工件和机器两个层面的预调度实施损失函数,综合加权相同工序的时间偏差成本、相同工件的相邻工序的时间偏差成本、设备的工作时间偏差成本以及等待时间偏差成本,实现对重调度执行成本的衡量,降低实际执行的重调度方案不能满足预期生产目标的危险。最后通过仿真,验证了研究重调度执行成本的必要性。
To improve the stability and performability of rescheduling in job shop under uncertain conditions,pre--scheduling execution loss function was established based on two aspects of jobs and machines. By comprehensive weighting the time deviation cost of the same operations, the adjacent op- erations of the same job, working time and waiting time of the equipment, the measurement of re- scheduling execution costs was achieved. The risk is reduced,that the actual rescheduling program can not meet the expected production goal. Finally, the necessity of research on rescheduling execution costs was verified through simulation.
