针对所设计的磁稳流化床(Ф500×2100mm)进行了烟气除尘特性的研究。基于颗粒床除尘效率模型,从理论和实验两方面给出了磁场强度、烟气流速比、床层高度、铁磁颗粒径等因素与除尘效率之间的变化关系,并给出磁稳流化床高效清除烟尘的合理运行参数。结果表明,磁稳流化床的除尘效率在95%以上,其高效除尘的关键在于保证床层处在磁稳流化状态。
The properties of aerosol cleaning in flue gas with magnetically stabilized fluidized bed (MSB) were studied. Based on the expression of the collection efficiency for the fixed bed, the effects of several factors on the collection efficiency, such as the intensity of magnetic field, the ratio of the velocity of the flue gas to the initial fluidized velocity, bed height, particles~ average diameter, were discussed both theoretically and experimentally. In the meantime, some proper parameters to keep high efficiency of aerosol cleaning with MSB (Ф500 mm×2 100 mm) were proposed. All results show that the collection efficiency can be beyond 95%, the most important thing is to keep the bed presents stable fluidization.
