通过交联沉淀法制备了淀粉纳米粒子,并对其进行表面修饰,将苄基取代淀粉葡萄糖单元上的羟基,经FT-IR、^1H-NMR、XRD及SEM等对其结构与形态进行表征,得到取代度(D6)约为0.05、且具有一定疏水性的苄基淀粉微细颗粒。纳米淀粉和苄基淀粉微细颗粒的结晶结构不同于原淀粉,结晶度明显降低。它们的形态呈球形,粒径分别为50nm~100nm和50nm-500nm。所制备的纳米淀粉及苄基淀粉微细颗粒对聚合物基体具有增强、增韧的功能,有望在橡胶等聚合物基体中应用,且苄基淀粉微细颗粒具有双亲性结构,可作为高分子表面活性剂应用。
Starch nanopartieles were prepared through crosslinking-precipitation method with a further modification of its surface. The hydroxyls of glucose units were substituted with benzyl groups. The structure and morphology were studied through FT-IR, ^1H-NMR, XRD and SEM. Hydrophobic starch fine particles with low value of DS (0.05) were finally prepared. The crystal structure of starch nanopartieles and benzyl starch fine particles was different from native starch, with a lower degree of crystallinity. The morphorlogy of starch nanoparticles and benzyl starch fine particles is sphericity, with a size of 50 nm- 100 nm. and 50nm- 500 nm respectively. The prepared starch nanopartieles and benzyl starch fine particles have a reinforcement effect on the strength and toughness of polymer matrix and are expected to apply in rubber etc. The benzyl starch fine particles can also be used as surfactant for its amphiphilic structure.
