目的:观察针刺刺少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛急性发作即时效应不同时程即时总体疗效缓解率,评价其临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照、单盲的研究方法,将符合纳入标准的90例偏头痛患者分为治疗组A组(少阳经特定穴组)、对照组B组(非经非穴1组)和对照组c组(非经非穴2组),每组各30例,均针刺治疗30mi。分别记录患者治疗前和治疗后0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、24.oh的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)和头痛强度,以判定即时疗效。结果:少阳经特定穴组24h完全缓解率明显高于非经非穴1组(P〈0.01),各时相缓解率均高于非经非穴2组(P〈0.01)。结论:针刺少阳经特定穴能有效缓解偏头痛的急性发作,即时疗效明显优于非经非穴,值得进一步推广应用。

英文摘要:

Objective: Discussing the clinical effect by observing the observation of the immediate overall curative effect ease rate for the immediate effect of migraine acute attack with acupuncture therapy under Shao-yang specific acupoints. Methods: Randomized, ontrolled and single-blind research method were applied, 90 cases of migraine patients who conform to the standard were divided into the treatment group A (Shaoyang specific acupoints group), the control group B (non-acupoints 1 group ) and the control group C (non-acupoints 2 group), 30 cases in each group, which were all treated with acupuncture for 30 minutes. The immediate effect were evaluated by VAS scores and headache intensity with the changes of indices before and after treatment of 0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,24.0 hours. Results: The complete ease rate in 24 hours of Shaoyang specific acupoints group was apparently higher than non-acupoints 1 group (P〈0.01), the ease rate of each time phase was higher than non-acupoints 2 group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy under Shao-yang specific acupoints can effectively alleviate the acute migraine attack much better than non-acupoints in inamediate effect, which should be worthy of further popularization and application.
