Alternating Current Comparator (ACC) is very suitable for measuring four-terminal impendence for its accurate current ratio. The development and basic principle of ACC are presented and the application of ACC on scaling four-terminal impendence is summarized in detail. Then, this paper indicates that the ACC-bridge for audio frequency may be further researched. Some key problems of audio frequency ACC-bridge, such as compensation of the capacitance error, sensitivity, and calibration method for ratio, are mainly discussed.
