为了在直流到100kHz的宽频范围内能精密测量、校准交流电阻国家标准中1Ω~10kΩ的交流标准电阻器,研制出一款交直流通用的开尔文电桥;并采用替代法,以考察100Ω、1kΩ双螺旋线绕结构交流标准电阻器的频率特性为例,试验验证了所研制的电桥具有准确度高、操作简单及工作频带宽等优点,达到了所需的技术指标要求。
For the accurate t and calibration of the AC standard resistors in the resistance range from 1 Ω to 10 kΩ, a new type of Kelvin bridge operating at the frequency range from DC to 100 kHz is designed, and a measuring method of substitution is developed. The experimental results of 100 Ω and 1 kΩ standard resistor prove that this bridge takes some advantages, such as high accuracy, simplicity of operating and wide working frequency range, which has already met the specification requirements of the Subject of "The National AC Resistance Standard".
