Based on ecosystem theory, framework of innovation ecosystem is designed for technological finance, by analyzing marginal contribution and innovation benefits etc. collaborative innovation mechanism is also explored in this paper. Managerial implications are put forward such as improve the internal governance structure, optimize the environment of market and institution for the development of innovation ecosystem.
