The team＇s Transactive Memory Systems（TMSs） is the important factor to influence team knowledge sharing and swarm intelligence.The theoretical models of TMSs and swarm intelligence were tested through the survey of 310 members in 58 work teams.Research results demonstrated the relationship between TMSs and swarm intelligence,and TMSs would influence the development of swarm intelligence.The implications for the team learning and knowledge management were also discussed.
