本文基于组织行为理论来研究真我型领导、核心自我评价对新生代员工工作投入的影响。本研究使用问卷调查法,通过对10个城市45家企业的350名新生代员工的进行两个时点的调查来获得研究数据,并采用层级回归分析处理数据。研究结果部分验证了真我型领导对员工工作投入有显著的正向影响,同时,核心自我评价在真我型领导和工作投入之间起到正向调节作用。本研究结论对完善领导行为、工作投入内容研究和指导企业对新生代员工工作投入管理具有一定意义。
This article verifies the influence of authentic leadership on the new generation employees’ job involvement and the moderation effect of core self-evaluation,which based on the organizational behavior theory. This study used questionnaires and the research data is gathered through a longitudinal survey to 350 new generation employees in 45 companies from 10 cities at two times. The empirical results from hierarchical multiple-regression partially verified that there is a significantly positively correlation between authentic leadership and job involvement,and also found that core self-evaluation moderate the effect of authentic leadership on job involvement. Research also proposed the theoretical contributions and management implications.
