由纤维素水解可制备乙酸丙酸,乙酸丙酸可通过加氢、酯化、缩合、氧化、脱氧等反应得到众多的化学中间体和生物燃料,是一种可制备生物质能源的、可再生的生物质基平台分子。介绍了制备乙酰丙酸的催化剂及制备方法,综述了乙酰丙酸转化为γ-戊内酯的催化剂,分析了乙酰丙酸转化为生物燃料的研究现状。对乙酰丙酸作为生物燃料的中间体替代化石燃料的应用前景进行了展望。
Levulinic acid(LA) can be prepared through the hydrolyzation of celluloses,and can be used as a precursor or intermediate for many valuable chemicals and biofuel through hydrogenation,esterification,condensation,oxidation and deoxygenation. LA is a renewable biomass-derived platform compound and attracted much attention for its application in the production of biofuel. This review focused on the recent progresses in the LA preparation from celluloses and its further transformation to biofuel by means of catalysis. The challenging research and potential application in the replacement of fossil fuel with biofuel from LA were forecasted.
