英文摘要：

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and its safety of the focused uhrasound for chronic cervicitis. Methods According to degree of cervical erosion, pathological type and course of disease, 316 patients with chronic cervicitis were classified and divided into three groups, The patients were followed-up and the efficacy and safety of the focused ultrasound were evaluated within 3 months after the treatment, Results The total effective rate for mild cervical erosion was 100% that for moderate cervical erosion was 92.56% and that for severe cervical erosion was 93.18%. Tile total curative rate was 74.05%. There were no significant difference in total effective rate for three different types, while the total curative rate was correlated to the severity of erosion, pathological type and varied course of disease sigificantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, There were no severe complications and sequlae, Conculion The focused ultrasound therapy is a safe and effective method for treatment of chronic cervieitis and is worthy to be popnlarized.
