目的：应用MRI成像观察并检测子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗前后骶骨MRI信号,评价HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤对骶骨影响的价值。材料和方法：对50例子宫肌瘤患者HIFU治疗前后行MRI成像检查,观察骶骨MRI信号的变化并在T1WI、T2WI和增强扫描矢状面上测定其信号值。结果：HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤后部分患者骶骨出现异常信号,其MRI T2WI信号强度增高,T1WI信号强度降低。结论：MRI可有效评价HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤对骶骨的影响。

英文摘要：

Purpose： To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） for assessing impact on sacrum in HIFU treatment for uterine leiomyoma. Materials and Methods： 50 cases of uterine leiomyoma underwent MRI imaging examination before and after treatment with HIFU, sacral MRI signal changes were observed on MR images, and the MRI signal value were measured using MRI signal detection software in the same parts of sacrum ; According to whether the sacrum had abnormal signal after HIFU, the data were divided into non - injury group, the injury group and the neighboring district injury group （the control group）, and the signal valve were measured on the T1 -, T2-weighted images and contrast - enhanced images. Results： In the 50 patients, some were found abnormal signal in sacrum, showed increased signal intensity on T2-weighted images and decreased signal intensity on T1-weighted images. Conclusion： MRI can evaluate impact on sacrum effectually for HIFU treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
