Real estate feature is a kind of geographical feature. Through the discussion of the classification of real estate feature, it is known that there are several feature types of real estate . It is indicated that feature has a unique identify that is distince from an object＇s properties, values, or structure and distinguishes one object from another. Feature types have properties that are feature attributes, operations and relationships. The evolution of spatio-temporal of the real estate feature is generalized that the spatial identify change and the certificate and person of property right change. The identify of the feature of house is changed while the spatial structure changes. There are two kinds about the spatio-temporal evolution of the real estate feature. First, if the state of spatial structure of the feature is changed , for example, united or removed, the identify of object is changed and the certificate also is changed. Second, if the state of spatial structure of the feature is stable, its identify is invariability, and just its attributes change, for instance, the property right alters. A model of spatio-temporal evolution of real estate feature based on the theory of Petri Net is presented, and the generic model describing temporal topological relations of real estate feature is explored. These models can facilitate the trace of feature history and forecast future evolution of real estate.
