目的:解析睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)基因G1357A多态位点,分析其作为我国北方汉族优秀举重运动员选材用分子标记的可行性。方法:提取94名中国北方汉族优秀举重运动员全血DNA,应用PCR—RFLP方法解析G1357A多态位点,通过xz检验分析优秀举重运动员组和普通人群对照组该基因多态位点的基因型和等位基因分布差异。结果:与对照组相比,运动员组CNTF基因G1357A多态位点基因型分布和等位基因分布均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。女性举重运动员组GG基因型分布频率显著高于女性普通人群对照组(86%:68%;P=0.012,P〈0.05)。结论:CNTF基因G1357A多态位点不能作为中国北方汉族举重运动员的选材用分子遗传学标记.该多态位点GG基因型可以作为中国女性优秀举重运动员选材用候选分子遗传学标记。
Objective To explore the genetic mark of Chinese elite weighflifier. Methods The single nucleotide polymorphism G1357A of Chinese elite weightlifters of Han nationality was analyzed through DNA from bloods. The difference in ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF)gene G1357A distribution frequency between the elite weightlifters and non-athletes was identified. Results The polymorphism distribution frequency of weightlifters is similar to that of non-athletes. However, the GG distribution frequency is significantly higher in female weightlifters when comparing with female nonathletes (P = 0.012,P 〈 0.05,86% vs. 68%). Conclusion G1357A is a genetic mark for talent selection of female weightlifters from Chinese Han population.
