为了寻找快速分析主流烟气碱性成分的方法,采用液相微萃取/基质辅助激光解析离子化-傅立叶变换质谱(LPME/MALDI-FTMS)定性分析了主流烟气中的碱性成分(分子量小于250)。通过对吸烟机的改装,将LPME和吸烟机融合到一起,实现了卷烟主流烟气即时取样分析。结果表明:该方法可作为主流烟气定性分析研究的一种可供选择的有效手段。
In order to find a fast analyzing method, the basic components in cigarette mainstream smoke were analyzed qualitatively by liquid phase micro-extraction/matrix assisted laser desorption ionization/Fourier transform mass spectrometry (LPME/MALDI-FTMS). A single port smoking machine was modified and coupled with LPME device to carry out on line mainstream cigarette smoke sampling and analyzing. The results showed that this method was an alternative way to analyze basic components in mainstream cigarette smoke.
