在对嵌入性概念内涵进行剖析的基础上,针对现有知识管理研究中存在的不足,重新定义了组织嵌入性与网络嵌入性概念,指出二者之间的匹配程度是决定组织能否较好地嵌入网络的决定性因素,由此构建了“嵌入性一嵌入性匹配一组织绩效”的分析框架。这一框架的构建和使用有助于对嵌入性的形成与匹配过程进行更为深入的分析.从而更好地解释网络条件下组织知识管理行为与组织绩效之间的内在机理。
Based on the analysis of the concept of embeddedness, and in view of the deficiencies in the existing study of knowl edge management, this article redefines the concepts of organizational embeddedness and network embeddedness, and points out that the match between them is the determinant of whether an organization can be better embedded into a network. As a result, an analysis framework of "embeddednessembeddedness matchorganizational performance" is constructed. The construction and appli cation of the framework is helpful for the indepth analysis of the formation and matching process of embeddedness, making it possi ble to better explain the inherent mechanism between organizational knowledge management practice and organizational performance under the network conditions.
