医学有着其学科的特殊性,而医学的教学方法也一直是一个被医学教育工作者不断探讨的话题。本文在基于传统的单学科自主教学的基础上,介绍了一种全新的教学模式,即多学科协同结合PBL教学模式。讨论在本院医学生见习教学中开展单学科PBL的方法,以及与传统教学的优劣比较,并引入了在PBL的基础上多学科协同结合的教学理念。分析多学科协同结合PBL教学模式的实际操作的优势及可能遇到的问题,旨在不断地改良教学模式,为医学事业培养更多高素质的医学人才。
Medical science, as a special subject, its teaching methods has been continually explored by medical educators. This article introduces a bran-new teaching mode named as multi-discipinary cooperation combined with PBL teaching mode. We discuss that how did we carry out the teaching mode of the single subject of PBL in the medical students in our hospital, and we compared it with the traditional teaching method. Further on, we introduce the teaching concept of multi-discipinary cooperation combined with PBL. Then we analyze the possible problems that might meet in the actual operation of this mode. And we also analyze its advantages, which the intent is to improve the teaching methods constantly and cultivate more qualiifed medical talents for the medical career.
