目的探索在静磁场与58S溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃共同作用下,对成骨细胞增殖性的影响,推论其对牙槽骨改建的潜在影响,为正畸临床医生矫治错殆畸形寻找更好的治疗方法提供参考。方法体外培养Wistar大鼠成骨细胞,实验分为四组,分别置于空白、0.062T静磁场、58S溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃、58S溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃与0.062T静磁场共同作用的条件下,分别作用24h、48h、72h和120h,采用噻唑兰(Mar)法检测成骨细胞的增殖情况。结果随着细胞培养时间的增加。各组细胞出现不同程度的增殖,以48h时0.062T静磁场加58S溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃实验组成骨细胞的增殖率最大,与其他组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论58S溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃与0.062T静磁场共同作用可明显增强成骨细胞的增殖性,本研究为临床开发静磁场结合58S溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃应用于正畸患者的治疗奠定了基础。
Objective To explore the interaction in the static magnetic field in combination with 58S sol-gel bioactive glass, on the proliferation of osteoblasts of inference, their potential impact on alveolar bone remodeling, abnormal finding better treatments to provide reference for the correction of malocclusion orthodontic clinicians. Methods Osteoblasts of Wistar rats were cultured in vitro, were divided into 4 groups, were placed in the blank group, 0.062 T static magnetic field, 58S sol-gel bioactive glass, 58S sol-gel bioactive glass with 0.062 T static magnetic field interac tion group, respectively 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 120 h, used MTT (MTY) method detect the proliferation of osteoblasts. Results As the cell culture time increased, different degrees of proliferation cells were appeared, with 48 h, 0.062 T static magnetic field in combination with 58S sol-gel bioactive glass group interaction on the proliferation of osteoblasts was the highest,and compared with other groups had significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion 58S sol-gel bioactive glass with the interaction of 0.062 T static magnetic field can significantly enhance the proliferation of bone cell, this study on the clinical development of static magnetic field in combination with 58S sol-gel bioactive glass used in orthodontic patients lay the foundation.
