试验对高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb)、紫羊茅(F.rubra L.)、匍匐翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera Huds.)和细弱翦股颖(A.tenuis Sibth.)4种草坪草种子分别在混合盐溶液(NaCl∶Na2SO4=6∶1,m/m)不同盐浓度胁迫下的发芽率、生物量、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行了研究。结果表明,随着盐溶液浓度的增加,发芽率和生物量与对照相比均有所下降,变化幅度较大;脯氨酸含量随盐浓度的升高而升高;POD活性呈先升高后降低的趋势。
The germination rate,biomass,chlorophyll content,proline content and POD activity of four lawn grass,Festuca arundinacea Schreb,F.rubra L.,Agrostis stolonifera Huds.,A.tenuis Sibth.in mixed salt solutions at different concentrations(NaCl∶Na2SO4=6∶1,m/m) was studied.The results showed that the germination rate and biomass decreased with the increasing of the salt concentration compared with the control.Proline content increased as the salt concentration increasing.POD activity increased first and then decreased.
