针对煤矿生产物流系统安全影响因素众多、各因素对煤矿安全影响作用复杂的问题,提出基于粗糙集和IPA定位分析法的煤矿生产物流系统安全影响因素分析模型。首先运用粗糙集属性重要度思想对煤矿安全影响因素进行排序,然后采用IPA定位分析法识别不同安全状态煤矿安全生产的制约因素,最后通过对河南义马煤业集团跃进煤矿进行实证分析验证模型的可行性。结果表明,各因素对煤矿安全影响的重要度由大到小排序为通风设施、通风安全监控、通风技术管理、排水设备配置、机电安全管理、排水技术人员配备(采掘关系)、采掘机械、排水机构设置、安全运输、应急救援、采掘技术管理,且对于不同安全状态等级的煤矿而言,制约其安全的主要因素也不相同。
This article puts forward the safety factors analysis model of coal mine production logistics system that based on RS and IPA. Firstly,apply the idea of rough set attribute importance to arrange affecting factors of coal mine safety,then use the IPA positioning analysis to identify the restricting safety factors of coal mine production logistics that at different security status. Finally,the feasibility of the safety factors analysis model is validated by the example of Yuejin Coal Mine which belongs to Henan Yima Coal Industry Group. The results show that,the impact of each factors on coal mine production logistics system safety degree from big to small order is the ventilation facilities,the safety monitoring of ventilation,the management of ventilation technology,the configuration of drainage equipment,the safety management of electromechanical,the equipment of drainage technology personnel( the relationship between the coal mining and mine excavation),the mining machinery,the setting of drainage institutions,the safety of transportation,the rescue of emergency,the technology management of mining,and for the different state level of coal mine production logistics system safety,the main factors that restricting their safety are not the same. For example,management serves as the main safety factors that account for and govern the coal mine production logistics systems at high safety status. And,the hardware equipment and management factors are both likely to constitute the main safety factors that influence the coal mine production logistics system at the status,though it is also the main safety factor that may restrict the coal mine production logistics systems at the poor safety status. And,in the final analysis,the research results of the paper can provide a theoretical support for improving the safety level of the coal mine production and optimizing the safety resource distribution of the mine production logistics system.
