为确保企业安全生产的正常运转,需调整安全资源配置以满足现实需求的动态变化,并采用逆优化的方法优化企业安全资源配置。结合安全资源与安全状态之间的动态时变、强非线性等特征,以企业安全经济负担总量最小化为目标函数,以安全资源投入为约束条件,构建安全资源配置模型。用非线性规划的逆优化方法,以安全资源投入比重为调整参数,构建安全资源配置逆优化模型。以某煤矿生产物流系统为例进行实证分析。结果表明,安全资源配置模型的最优解难以满足企业实际生产的动态需求,调整模型参数能达到合理的安全资源配置,使系统处于稳定优化的安全状态。
For the sake of ensuring enterprise safety production,and adjusting the safety resource allocation to meet the dynamic changes of real needs,the inverse optimization method was used to optimize the safety resource allocation. Combined with the dynamic time-varying and nonlinear between safety resource and safety status,a safety resource allocation model was established,with the minimization of the safety economic burden of enterprise as the objective function,safety resource input as the constraint conditions.Then an inverse optimization model of the safety resource allocation was established based on the inverse optimization method of the nonlinear programming,using the proportion of safety resource input as the adjustment parameter. At last,the model was used for a certain coal mine enterprise 's logistics system.The results show that the optimal solution of the safety resource allocation model is difficult to meet the dynamic needs of the actual safety production of the enterprise and that the model parameters can be adjusted by the method of inverse optimization,so as to formulate the safety resource allocation scheme which is in line with the actual needs,so that the system can achieve the safe status of the stability optimization.
