Objective： Take the information technology, the realization of hospital infection process monitoring and improve the monitoring efifciency. Methods The use of advanced network technology and infection screening strategy, research real-time nosocomial infection surveilance and control system（RT-NISS）. Results： The related data of hospital infection ware colected from HIS, LIS, RIS systems and established the warning infection information database.
