目的:采取信息化技术,实现医院感染过程监控和提高监控效率。方法利用先进的网络技术和感染病例筛查策略,研发医院感染实时监控系统。结果:RT-NISCS采集HIS、LIS、RIS等系统中医院感染相关数据,建立感染信息基础数据库,制定适合的感染病例筛查策略,实现了感染预警病病例的自动筛查,并推送到医生工作站与医生沟通,使临床医生参与到感染病例的诊断、报告、防控措施的实施和记录、评估;利用聚集性事件的规律,制订阈值,及时发现并预警感染聚集性事件,减少医院感染暴发隐患。利用计算机强大的统计分析能力,对医院感染情况进行分析处理,生成各种统计报表和图像,提高监控效率。结论:RT-NISCS达到高效率的医院感染监测和及时干预,实现了感染患者住院期间的全过程监测和防控,对降低医院感染率起到了极大地促进作用。
