目的 探讨吸烟对人外周血中树突状细胞(DCs)及其亚型比例及数量的影响.方法 选取25名吸烟者和21名不吸烟对照者,使用流式细胞术检测和计算外周血中DCs及其两种亚群浆细胞样树突状细胞(pDCs)和髓样树突状细胞(mDCs)所占比例和数量的变化.结果 与对照组比较,吸烟组外周血pDCs比例以及数量较对照组明显增高,mDCs无明显改变,mDCs/pDCs比值降低.结论 吸烟者外周血中起免疫耐受作用的pDCs数量增多,更容易患肿瘤和感染性疾病.
Objective To investigate the effect of cigarette smoke on circulating dendritic ceils (DCs) and their subsets. Methods The frequency and the absolute number of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and myeloid dendritic cells (mDCs) in peripheral blood of 25 smokers and 21 normal controls were determined by flow cytometry. Results Compared with normal controls, the frequency and absolute number of circulating pDCs increased,the frequency and the absolute number of circulating mDCs showed no change, and mDCs/pDCs reduced in smokers. Conclusions The number of pDCs is increased in peripheral blood of smokers, who are predisposed to suffer cancer and infectious disease.
