为了实现MBD技术在叶片泵装配工艺设计中全面应用,摆脱以二维图纸为主、三维模型为辅助的传统设计制造模式,利用UG二次开发技术对UG进行相应模块功能开发.产品工艺信息与三维实体建模相结合,建立了面向工艺信息的MBD模型.通过叶片泵装配工艺设计过程分析,用开发的UG连接车间装配管理系统,实现三维建模工艺信息集成一体化,使产品生产真正达到无纸化、数字化、网络化、协同化制造.并以泵轴工艺信息为实例做了应用说明.
In order to realize the comprehensive application of MBD technology in vane pump assembly process design to get rid of the traditional design and manufacture of the two-dimensional drawing and the three-dimensional rood-el, we use UG secondary technology to develop UG corresponding module function, and combine product process in- formation with 3D solid modeling to establish MBD model for process information. Through the process analysis of vane pump assembly process design and the combination of UG and shop assembly management system, to achieve three-dimensional modeling process information integration, so that products really achieve paperless, digital, network, collaborative manufacturing. Finally, process information of the pump spindle is taken as example to illustrate.
