研究MBD技术、ADO连接技术和复杂零件的装配工艺过程,介绍了MBD装配模型设计流程.在建立复杂零件MBD装配模型的基础上,采用UG平台导入产品三维模型,并运用VC++6.0对UG进行二次开发,引入产品的各个MBD装配模块.为实现产品的生产装配工艺信息及产品订单信息等数据录入和信息共享,提出了在UG界面共用产品MBD模型录入信息与装配车间管理系统数据库的存储方法.应用Java语言,对装配管理系统进行开发.运用ADO技术,实现了装配管理系统直接从数据库调用已录入的产品数据信息.
This paper studies on MBD technology,ADO connection technology and the assembly process of complex parts. Besides,the process of MBD design model is introduced.Based on complex parts assembly model,UG platform is used to import the 3D model; besides,VC + + 6. 0 is used for the secondary development of UG to import the MBD assembly module of the product. To realize the data entry and information sharing of product assembly process information and product assembly order information,storage method of sharing MBD model input information of the product on UG interface and sharing the database with the assembly management system of the workshop is put forward. What 's more,using Java language to develop the assembly management system and using ADO technology to transfer and use the input data information of the product from the database directly through the assembly management system.
