Presently, there is a new pattern of the development of economy in China, which is driven by the polarization of regional growth. Pearl river delta, Yangtze triangle delta and other areas spring up continually and the development of private economy shows more regional characteristics. In my paper, I make a comparison of Pearl river delta, Yangtze triangle delta, and Jing-Jin-Ji area, and the development and features of private economy and also the ways to promote the development of regional economy.
