文章依据能力资源整合理论,深入探索影响跨国创业投资组织模式选择的内外部重要因素及其作用机理,在此基础上构建跨国创业投资组织模式选择模型。同时,以IDG资本在中国的组织模式演进为例进行分析讨论,验证该模型的适用性。研究表明：能力资源定位、战略动机、东道国区位资源优势是影响跨国创业投资主体组织模式选择的主要因素,跨国创业投资选择的组织模式是综合考虑三个因素的结果。此研究成果能够很好地指导我国更有效地吸引国外创业投资,为促进我国创业投资机构进行海外扩张提供参考借鉴。

英文摘要：

Based on the capability of resources integration theory, the internal and external influencing fac- tors in the organization pattern selection of the venture capital is studied, and the action of the mechanism of the organization of these factors is analyzed, on which, the selection of the organization pattern of the transna- tional venture capital investment is designed. Meanwhile, by taking the IDG capital in China as an example, the development of the organization pattern has been discussed and analyzed to verify its applicability. The study shows that the organization pattern of the transnational venture capital investment is the resuh of the com- bination of the capability of resource location; the strategic motives and the location of the host country＇s re- source advantage, all of which mainly influences the organization pattern selection. The result of the study has guidance and reference significance for China on how to attract foreign investment and promote her domestic venture capital to invest overseas more effectively.
