英文摘要：

This paper begins with the simple introduction of the researches from home and abroad on symbiotic theory and symbiotic mode.And then based on the symbiotic degree,this paper attends to research the symbiotic mode of China＇s venture capital industry and electronic information industry theoretically and empirically.The results show that there exists the asymmetric mutualism between China＇s venture capital industry and the electronic information industry,and both are moving toward the symmetric mutualism model.Finally,this paper predicts the time when both industries achieve mutualism.
