在当前自动导引车(AGV)应用中,采用PLC作为控制器系统存在扩展不便、功能简单、难以实现复杂的调度算法等问题;而采用工业计算机控制方案则存在成本过高、系统稳定性不佳等不足。对此,研究并设计了一种基于数字信号控制器(DSC)的AGV控制器。具体给出了AGV车载控制系统的硬件设计,并开发了基于Dijkstra算法的AGV调度控制软件。试验结果表明,AGV控制系统具有较好的可行性和一定的推广使用价值。
In current applications of automated guided vehicle ( AGV ), in order to avoid the problems existing in the control strategies adopting PLC or industrial computer, e. g. , inconvenient expansion, simple functions, high cost, unstable performance of the system, and hard to implement complex dispatching algorithm, AGV controller based on digital signal controller { DSC ) has been studied and designed. The hardware design of the AGV controller is given specificly, and the AGV dispatching control software based on Dijkstra algorithm is developed. The result of experiment indicates that this AGV control system possesses better feasibility as well as certain promotional and applicable values.
