采用参数化建模和有限元方法,以三种典型格栅加筋板为对象,分析了给定质量下,蒙皮与加筋分别采用不同材料、不同几何参数对结构刚度性能的影响规律。研究表明:蒙皮厚度变化会影响与之最佳匹配的加筋构型;增大加筋高度能有效提高结构刚度性能,但过大的加筋高度对结构性能的改进有限;采用比刚度大的材料可以显著增强结构性能,加筋高度一定时,蒙皮选用比刚度大密度小的材料有利于提升结构性能,而加筋厚度一定时,加筋选用比刚度大密度小的材料将降低蒙皮材料的选用对结构性能的影响。
The influence of parameter, configuration and material selection on rigidity performance of grid-stiffened panel for three type's grid is analyzed by using the parameter modeling and the finite element method, under the given mass. The results show that there are the different grid configurations matched with the different skin thickness to optimize the structural performance and rib height increasing in a certain range can effectively improve the structural performance. Meanwhile, the structural performance can be significantly enhanced when material with the larger specific stiffness is selected. When rib height is no variation, material is chosen as .skin with the larger specific stiffness and the smaller density will promote the structural performance. Whereas using material with the larger specific stiffness and the smaller density as rib will weaken effects of skin material on the structural performance while rib thickness is constants.
