晶体学刻面形貌是超重力燃烧合成熔铸制备Al2O3陶瓷的一个重要微观结构特征,这种刻面形貌的形成取决于熔铸制备技术本身的液固界面结构,而液一固界面结构又由界面热力学所决定。通过对界面热力学的计算可知Al2O3陶瓷凝固过程中微观液-固界面Gibbs自由能最低时所对应的稳定界面结构为光滑界面即刻面。
The crystallographic faceted morphology of bulk alumina fabricated by combustion synthesis melt casting under ultra-high-gravity is a significant microstructure feature. The development of the faceted morphology depends on the interface structure of the liquid-solid phase, and the interface structure is decided by the interface thermodynamics. The deduction and calculation of interface thermodynamics indicate that the micro-interface is faceted corresponding to the minimum Gibbs free energy of the micro-interface during the solidification of alumina ceramics.
