针对采用旋流喷射式进水的低温乏汽回收装置的性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,引射系数随进水压力和进水温度的升高而降低,随进汽压力的升高而升高,基本不受出水压力的影响;阻力系数随进水压力和进水温度的升高而升高,随着进汽压力的升高而降低。采用旋流喷射进水方式使得装置的加热、引射性能有很大提高,同时使流动的阻力系数增大。
In this thesis, the performance of an exhaust steam reclaim device with a swirling flow vane in the spout was studied. The results showed that the injection coefficient decreased as the inlet water pressure and temperature increased respectively. The increasing of inlet steam pressure makes the injection coefficient increase too, and the outlet water pressure doesn't affect it. The resistance coefficient has the opposite variation law. It is improved the heating performance of the device by adding a swirling flow vane while augmented the flow resistance.
