与国外的建材企业相比较,国内建材生产厂家对渠道的依赖性太强,要想在竞争中生存下去,必须再重新优化自身渠道,提升自己渠道的价值,提高整体渠道的竞争力.本文先总结了国内建材行业的现状,分析传统渠道与现代渠道的价值,从分销渠道整合、顾客价值最大化目标、成员的优化管理、终端管理和渠道拓展五个方面,提了出渠道价值的优化策略,最后通过国内建材行业的成功案例来提出相关的成功模式.
Comparing to the foreign enterprises, the domestic BHmanufacturers depend on their channels strongly. If they want to survive in the competition, they must re - optimize their own channels, and improve the value of their channels to improve the competitiveness of overall channels. Firstly, the paper concludes the present situatiom of the domestic industries, and then analyzes about the value of the traditional channels. It presents the optimizing strategies of the channel value from five aspects including integration of distribution channel, the object of customer value maximization, optimizing management of member, terminal management and channel development. Finally it gives a few relevant and suitable modes by the survey of some successful domestic enterprises.
