以1-金刚烷甲酸为原料,经酰化,取代和还原反应制得N,N-二甲基-1-金刚烷基甲胺(1);1与双子季铵盐(2)在无水乙醇中反应合成了一种新型的金刚烷基杂双子表面活性剂——1-(N,N-二甲基-1-金刚烷甲基溴化铵)-6-(N,N-二甲基-十二烷基溴化铵)-己烷(3),总收率30.9%,其结构经1H NMR和元素分析表征。采用表面张力法研究了3的表面活性。结果表明:3具有较强的聚集能力和界面吸附能力,其cmc,γcmc,p C20,Γmax,Amin分别为1.18 mmol·L^-1,35.5 m N·m^-1,0.48,2.63μmol·m^-2和0.63 nm^2。
N, N-dimethyl-1-adamantane-methanamine ( 1 ) was obtained by acylation, substitution and reduction from 1-adamantane carboxylic acid. A novel heterogemini surfactant, 1-(,N,N-dimethyl-1- adamantanemethyl-ammonium bromide ) -6- ( N, N-dimethyl-dodecyl ammonium bromide ) -hexane ( 3 ) was synthesized by the reaction of 1 with gemini quaternary ammonium salt (2) in absolute ethyl alco- hol with overall yield of 30.9%. The structure was characterized by ^1 H NMR and elemental analysis. The surface activities of 3 were investigated by surface tension method. The results showed that 3 exhibited strong aggregation and adsorption ability with cmc = 1.18 mmol · L^-1 ,γcmc = 35.5 mN · m^-1 , pC20 =0-48, Гmax =2.63 μmol·m^-2 , Amin =0.63 nm^2.
