驱动系统是科氏流量计二次仪表正常工作的关键。针对国产科氏流量计采用的模拟驱动启振时间长且不易调试等问题,设计了一套数字驱动系统。根据数字驱动系统的工作原理,设计了基于Simulink的数字驱动系统仿真模型,完成了基于DSP和DAC的数字驱动二次仪表软硬件设计,进行了仿真模型、数字驱动与国产模拟驱动的对比实验,结果显示数字驱动启振时间优于模拟驱动,表明了该设计的有效性。
The drive system is the key to the normal operation of the secondary instrument of Coridis mass flowmeter(CMF).Aiming at the disadvantages of analog drive system adopted by the domestic CMF,a digital drive system was designed.According to the working principle of the digital drive system,a simulation model of digital drive system was designed by Simulink,and the hardware and software design of the secondary instrument with digital drive based on DSP and DAC was completed.Startup experiments of the simulation model,the digital drive system and the domestic analog drive system were conducted.The experimental results show that the startup time of digital drive is better than that of the analog drive,which shows the effectiveness of the design.
