某生产楼将五台相同型号的振动筛安装于生产楼的八、九层楼面,振动筛的运行引起生产楼楼面竖向的超常振动。本文分析了生产楼振动的原因,对生产楼的振动情况进行了振动检测。根据现场的实际情况,提出应用施加调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)进行振动控制。通过ANSYS大型有限元分析中的谐响应分析对生产楼的振动控制进行分析,分析了不同TMD布置方式对其减振的效果。根据分析得知施加TMD对生产楼的振动控制效果很好,并确定最佳TMD参数。
Some production building has five identical vibration sieves, which are installed in the eighth and ninth floors of the production building. The operation of vibration sieves causes the vibration of the floor of production building. This paper analyzes the reason of the vibration of production building, and vibration testing on the production floor is done. According to the actual situation of the production building, the tuned mass dampers (TMD) for the vibration control are presented. Then the vibration control of the production building is analyzed by ANSYS using TMD with different TMD arrangements. The results show that this method with TMD is effective. Finally the optimal TMD parameters are determined.
