采用原位水热法在α-Al2O3支撑体上合成全硅MFI型分子筛膜,通过X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、单组分气体渗透性以及对二甲苯异构体的分离性能对分子筛膜的结构、形貌及其致密性进行表征。结果表明:采用优化条件制备出无缺陷MFI分子筛膜,即NaOH0.35g、SiO25g、四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)25 mL,合成5~8 h;合成液中SiO2用量、NaOH用量及合成时间能显著影响MFI分子筛的晶体大小、膜层致密性及膜层厚度。通过优化后配方制备的MFI分子筛膜在300℃下对二甲苯的渗透性可达10.3×10-9mol/(m2·s·Pa),对二甲苯/邻二甲苯的分离因子为28.7;室温下,分子筛膜对H2/SF6的理想选择性达16.5。
Pure silica MFI-type zeolite membranes were prepared on α-Al2O3 substrates by in-situ hydrothermal synthesis method.The structure,morphology and density of zeolite membrane were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),single gas permeance,and the separation performances to xylene isomers.The effects of SiO2 and NaOH contents in synthesis solution and synthesis time on crystal size,density and thickness of the membrane were investigated.The defect-free zeolite membranes were obtained under optimized synthesis conditions,they were NaOH 0.35 g,SiO2 5 g,TPAOH 25 mL and the synthesis time 5~8 h.The membrane prepared by the optimized method showed p-xylene(PX) permeance of 10.3×10-9 mol/(m2·s·Pa) with PX/OX(o-xylene) separation factor up to 28.7 at 300 ℃,and the idea selectivity of H2/SF6 of 16.5 at room temperature.
