Based on the numerical simulation of the FLAC5.0 finite difference method, the engineering geological model was established to simulate the stress, strain and displacement during the excavation process, and the slope safety factor was calcu- lated out finally. Through comparison with the limit equilibrium result, the feasibility and reliability of numerical simulation were proved.
