A novel Role-based Trust-management model with Degrees Of Trust （RTDOT） is proposed on the basis of RT0, the basis part of RT, wihich is a family of Role-based trust management Languages. Degrees of trust are combined with trust management, and a fuzzy set-theoretic semantics is proposed. This model embodies the subjectivity and the fuzziness of trust and can control delegation depths. A new direction is presented for trust management by combining with the fuzzy theory.
