利用自行研制的天平构建了一套用于测量柔性板失稳摆动特性的完整测量系统,对系统的结构情况、工作流程以及数据处理方法进行了介绍,对调试过程中出现的振动和信号干扰问题的解决办法进行了描述。该系统通过高速数字摄影机和自行编制的图像处理软件测量了柔性板的振动频率、振幅和振型,通过小型天平测量了柔性板的受力状况,并对柔性板的典型实验结果进行了说明,测力实验结果可以和高速摄影实验结果互相验证,实验结果规律合理,测试系统可以满足柔性板测力要求;该系统为深入研究柔性板在均匀气流中的流固耦合现象提供了一条途径。
A complete measurement system was established to investigate the flutter instability of flexible plates using a self-designed balance.The system structure,workflow and data processing method were introduced.The method that resolved the problem of vibration and signal disturbance in the debugging process was also introduced.The motion of flexible plates in a wind tunnel was recorded by a high speed digital camera and analyzed by self-programed software to get the parameters of flexible plate,such as amplitude,frequency and flapping mode.The force character was measured by a balance.Typical experimental results were introduced.The force measurement is consistent with the high speed camera's result.It suggests that the plates' flapping characteristics found in the experiments are reasonable,and the system satisfy with the request of the flexible plate's force measurement.This measurement system gives a way to investigate further the fluid structure interaction phenomenon of flexible plates in uniform flow.
