利用GAMBIT建模软件对某大型水平轴风力机进行了整机建模,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对风力机整机的流场进行了数值模拟,给出了水平轴风力机流场数值模拟的原理和一般性步骤,得到了风力机流场的压力分布、速度分布,以及叶片截面的流动分离情况等结果.对风力机流场的数值模拟和分析可为风力机叶片的设计、改型和研发工作提供一定的指导.
The 3D model of wind turbine blades is built by using the soft building software of Gambit, and the numerical simulation of the aerodynamic performance of flow field for 3D wind turbine rotor is made by using computer aerodynamic software. The theory and steps of numerical simulation of flow field for horizontal-axis wind turbine rotor is summarized. The pressure and velocity distribution of flow field and the pressure and velocity distribution around the blades are calculated. Simulation and analyses will optimize the unit design to improve the research ability, and provide some advice for the design and research of blades.
